Indications: Calcium supplements are necessary for birds and small mammals where dietary intake is inadequate. Calcium is critical for the normal functioning of many body systems, but especially for bone formation and egg laying.
Seed diets, meat diets and most vegetable diets are low in calcium and unsupplemented diets may lead to poor bone growth, loss of bone strength, weak egg shells or muscle weakness.
Young birds and animals are most prone to Calcium deficiencies and adequate amounts must be provided to allow the youngster to develop normally.

Note: Calcivet is well accepted and is easily incorporated into water or feed, or indeed directly administered to the animal.
The formulation ensures a high level of intestinal absorption and minimal interference from other gut contents.

Directions:
In Water – 20 mL per Litre of drinking water.
On food – 40 mL per Kilogram of soft or wet feed.
Direct administration – 2 mL/Kg Body Weight
(0.2 mL/100g).
